That's fair enough, gekl
Apparently, I'm of another opinion.
I'm sure there are genuinely kind and honest people working for this company, and I'm sure they're not happy to lose their jobs. None the less, I believe the downsizing of
Samlerhuset will be greeted with pleasure among several coin collectors. So, my lame joke is directed at the company workers becoming unemployed, as an indication this much critizised company may be going out of business. So I'm thinking joking with its workers becoming unemployed has everything to do with the company itself.
Posting a link to the definition of empathy is clearly critizising me for being unethical and lacking empathy. That's quite personal, so I understad that you found this tongue-in-cheek remark disturbing, and wanted to get back. I can't see that this is "far from my intention to comment your – or others opinion".
I see no need for me to comment this further, exept for thinking that we are different in how we look at the linits for what to make fun about and not. I guess I come from the group that enjoy Bill Hicks, George Carlin, Doug Stanhope and similar comedians, that have close to no limits for what to make fun about. I believe you are free to have your preferences for yourself, but you may not be equally free to make your limits mine.
That said, have a good evening
